These terms apply to the marketing website dashysoft.com, of an informational nature. Use of the Dashy application (customer access at dashysoft.com/dashy) is governed by the contract or particular conditions applicable to each customer, not by these terms.
3. Use of the site
The User agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and these terms, and not to take any action that may damage the site, its operation or third parties.
4. Intellectual property
The Dashy brand, the logo, texts, designs, images and other content on the site are the property of Nodo 58 S.R.L. or are used with the appropriate authorization. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written permission.
5. Third-party links
The site may include links to third-party services (for example Calendly, WhatsApp, Nodo58 and online travel agencies). We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is", for general and informational purposes, and may be modified without prior notice. We do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Changes
We may update the site and these terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, except where a rule of public order provides otherwise.
