Which payment methods does it take?

MercadoPago in Argentina and Stripe for international cards. The money goes to the hotel's account.

What if a room was already sold on another channel?

The engine shows the availability Dashy has at that moment, the same the front desk sees, so whatever is sold stops being offered.
